Huge Demand for Scholarship

There has been a huge demand for the special Grant Assisted(Scholarships) places on the Social Studies programme in May 2011. Students who have reserved their places should immediately contact the Administration if they are unable to participate as there are many people waiting for cancellations. Extensions until September will only be granted in exceptional case.
Students who have not been offered a Grant Assisted Place in May and who are eligible will automatically have their names transferred for May 2012.

The Grant Assistance for the special May 2011 session was provided for a limited number of applicants for this course whose income is less than 36,000 euro per annum and who are not in possession of a post graduate qualification. (Applicants with Level 8 Bachelors Honours are eligible for grants assistance).
We provide continual support for those on unemployment assistance, but applicants should ensure that application is made at enrolment as grants cannot be claimed after the official commencement date of the programme.
